You gotta see this

One of Houston's under-the-radar spectator sports is goggling at El Bolillo's holiday sweets. It's one of the joys of living a half mile from a location of our homegrown panaderia chain.
Never more so than this week, when I popped into the South Wayside store for the still-warm flour tortillas that are a staff of life at my house—and spotted this Father's Day cupcake extravaganza. Readers, I LOL'd, delighted by the cheek of turning a cupcake into a party ice tub for canned beer.
The aquatic blue of the ice cubes was an especially nice touch. The miniature cans of Budweiser and Pabst Blue Ribbon were perfection. I brought my cupcake home not to eat, but just to stare at.
It joins the vividly hued Christmas cookies, the disturbingly amorphous Dia de Los Muertos baby, various sequin-eyed sugar skulls and a long line of Minions-themed petit fours in my personal El Bolillo pantheon.
Sure, you could buy Dad a giant soccer ball or basketball confection for his special day—"Dulces for the Dad," they're calling them—but wouldn't he really rather have his own personal iced-down party tub?
